I’m just down in Silver Spring…OK well Burtonsville. I’ve been restoring Mid Century furniture for the last 15 years. I wish I did the Swedish rope work. But I do some upholstery and some caning. Love your site and I like your Risoms like work on the Yugo rocking chair
If you can do caning, you can weave paper cord. The book “Caner’s Handbook” by Jim Widess is how I learned to do it. You can find used copies on Amazon and Ebay for cheap.
